Continual Improvement and Strong Commitment to Customer Excellence
ADTECH’s adserving technology is what its customers want and its products and services are just right, at least that’s according to the opinions of more than 300 booking and traffic managers. In December 2008, they let us know what they like about their daily ad management with ADTECH. The answers could not have been clearer: the entire package is convincing. Plenty of practical examples relating to everyday bookings were also provided.
The LIVE Monitoring feature was reported an absolute favourite from customers. According to Robin Flodén, Account Manager at the Swedish marketer Webtraffic: “Live monitoring gives me a good helicopter perspective of my daily activities!”
The Live Test function was also high up on many people’s lists. “It’s really helpful when trying to test creatives on the site without affecting the site itself,” says Lieza Timms, Online Campaign Manager of the South African news page “Independent Online”. The Reporting Wizard – the building block function for individual reports – came in third place on the favourite feature list.
Besides its technology, ADTECH’s customer service also received warm praise. All client service managers convince with advisory skill. Their fast and efficient problem resolutions were also frequently mentioned.
Although ADTECH is pleased about this praise, we also know that satisfaction levels can always be improved. Customers are always invited to feedback on products and services and we will do our best to accommodate requests and I’m pleased to report that we have already taken on board several suggestions from December’s survey!
