At Daft they moved to ADTECH’s ad serving technology in spring 2008. They started looking in January 2008 for the ideal solution. Aside from the technology requirements, they also wanted a provider who could support Ireland’s busiest property web site through implementation, migration and for ongoing support. No small task.
Right from the outset, ADTECH bought into Daft’s requirements and understood them. The ad serving provider made the effort to visit the new customer and discussed in great length migration, deployment and so on. Helios IQ was implemented on the 1st May 2008 and Daft started using it immediately.
The publisher shortlisted three providers – including ADTECH. After having some demos, Daft selected ADTECH’s Helios IQ based on its technology strengths, customizable features and inventory management capabilities.
Right from the outset, ADTECH bought into Daft’s requirements and understood them. The ad serving provider made the effort to visit the new customer and discussed in great length migration, deployment and so on. Helios IQ was implemented on the 1st May 2008 and Daft started using it immediately.
Compared with May, June and July 2007, Daft saw a 12 % increase in revenue growth for the period in 2008. They attributed that growth not only to the size of the online market increasing, but also to how they are able to manage the inventory much more effectively. They are fully aware of how much space they have available to sell.
Ad agencies and media buyers have also contacted the property web site directly with positive feedback – especially with regard to the reports and advertising campaign delivery.
The features and functions of Helios IQ are easy to use. That’s why Daft doesn’t need a lot of support – but when they do, it’s there for them. The media sales and technical team find ADTECH are always friendly and quick to respond to requests.
Daft is on track to grow the traffic, maintain that number 1 web site position and to dominate the online media space within the Irish market. ADTECH helps the publisher to manage the advertising more professionally and gives them greater credibility, which in turn helps Daft to achieve their goals.
